Terms
Terms of Service
These terms cover purchases and use of manelashoes.com, operated by Manela from 17263 Lookout Rd, Selma, TX 78154. Questions go to hello@manelashoes.com.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. The state and federal courts of Texas have exclusive jurisdiction.
Binding arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute arising out of these terms or a purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You and Manela expressly waive any right to participate in a class action.
Handcrafted natural materials
Our boots, jackets, and hats are made in small batches from full-grain genuine leather and 100% wool felt. Subtle variation in texture, the natural grain of the leather, tone, and a fit that feels firm at first and eases with wear are marks of those handcrafted materials. They are not manufacturing defects.
Package Protection ($6.00)
Package Protection is an optional service plan at checkout for $6.00. Manela operates it. It is not an insurance contract. It covers a carrier-confirmed loss, or severe damage in transit, when you email photographs to hello@manelashoes.com within 7 days after the carrier's delivery scan. The remedy is a replacement sent at no charge.
It does not cover an address the buyer entered incorrectly, a package the carrier left with a person, or a theft after delivery that was not reported as set out above. The $6.00 Package Protection fee is not refundable once the order has shipped.
Pricing and promotional codes
The code WELCOMEMANELA takes 15% off your first order. It cannot be combined with any other promotion. Manela may cancel and refund an order if a price or promotion was posted in error.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Manela's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product on that order.
Returns, the free first size exchange, and shipping times are in the Refund & Exchange Policy and the Shipping Policy.
