Refund & Exchange Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to start a return or a size exchange. Email hello@manelashoes.com with your order number.
Free first size exchange
The first size exchange inside the United States is free. We email a prepaid label. The piece must meet the conditions below.
Condition of the product
- Footwear may be tried on indoors only, on a clean surface such as carpet. The sole must show no marks and no wear.
- Hats must come back intact, with no marks on the inner sweatband, inside the original rigid box so the hat is not crushed in transit.
- Exotic leather must still have its Security Tag attached and unaltered.
Package Protection ($6.00)
Package Protection is an optional service plan at checkout for $6.00. Manela operates it. It is not an insurance contract. It covers a carrier-confirmed loss, or severe damage in transit, when you email photographs to hello@manelashoes.com within 7 days after the carrier's delivery scan. The remedy is a replacement sent at no charge.
It does not cover an address the buyer entered incorrectly, a package the carrier left with a person, or a theft after delivery that was not reported as set out above. The $6.00 fee is not refundable once the order has shipped. The full clause is in the Terms of Service.
Refunds
Store credit does not deduct a label fee. A refund to the original payment method, when Package Protection was not added, has the cost of the return label deducted. Original shipping charges are not refundable once the order has shipped.
