Refund policy

You can make a full or partial cancellation of a purchase made through the MANELASHOES.COM page within 12 hours of making your purchase request or as long as the merchandise has not been shipped to you. To do this, you must send an email to FOVANGROUP@GMAIL.mx or contact us via SMS at +1 210 504 8605

If your payment method was a bank deposit, we ask that when requesting the cancellation you provide us with: Interbank CLABE, Bank and Name of the account holder; the refund will be made by electronic transfer for the amount of the order within the following 15 business days of obtaining your data. Refunds will not be made if we do not have the aforementioned data. In case of partial cancellations, only the price of the merchandise will be refunded and not the shipping costs.  

Shipping costs will only be refunded when the reason for the cancellation is attributable to MANELA for not having stock and not being able to fulfill the order.  

MANELASHOES.COM may cancel an order made to be paid by bank deposit, or bank transfer if you do not make the deposit within 2 calendar days of your purchase request.

IN SALES THERE ARE NO RETURNS, as they are discounted products at an extremely low price. (A Sale is considered at a liquidation price of more than 30%)

Once the merchandise has been received, a refund for cash is not possible.
